This policy explains how to return a STELLAR FlyPods order and how refunds are handled. It sits alongside our Terms of Use and the 399-day warranty, and does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
You can return your order for any reason — you do not have to give one.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, under EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you have the same right within 14 days, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
We voluntarily extend this to 30 days. The period runs from the day you, or someone you nominate, physically receives the goods.
Email info@stellarstlr.com within 30 days of delivery, quoting your order number. Any clear statement that you wish to withdraw is enough — you may use the model form in section 7, but you are not required to.
We will reply with the return address for your region. Please wait for that address before sending anything back — we hold stock in more than one location, and a parcel sent to the wrong one cannot be matched to your order.
Please return the product in its original condition and original packaging, with all accessories included.
You are free to examine the product as you would in a shop. You are only liable for any reduced value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
You pay the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the product is defective or damaged, or we sent the wrong item — in those cases we cover the return.
We recommend a tracked service. The goods remain your responsibility until they reach us.
We refund you within 14 days of being informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you supply evidence that you have sent them, whichever happens first.
Refunds are issued to the same payment method you used at checkout. You will not be charged any fee for the refund.
We also refund the standard delivery cost paid on the original order. Delivery is free, so this is normally nil; if you chose a faster or more expensive delivery option, we refund the standard rate.
The right to change your mind is separate from your rights if something is wrong with the product. STELLAR FlyPods carry a 399-day warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, and nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights in respect of faulty goods.
